Artifact 4

Artifact 4 was recovered by members of a Ugroth diving expedition. Found because of the ethereal glow it exudes, Artifact 4 was discovered in the back of a huge, labyrinth-like underwater cave. Members of the recovery team report that the artifact was so carefully placed in the farthest reaches of the cave that it appeared to have been hidden there.
